Lilian Isobel, at the Whakatane Hospital on June 2, beloved wife of Robert Allen, and loving mother of Victor Stanley, Harry, Lilian (“Queen”) (Mangakino), Valerie, Iris and Jean (Rotorua) in her 69th year. Interred from the Methodist Church, Rotorua, on Friday, June 4 at 11 a.m. • 1 64 DUDSON. On June 2, 1948, at Whakatane Hospital, John Phillip, dearly beloved father of Phil, of Papatoetoe, and Muriel' (Mrs Church) of Gisborne. Aged 84 years. R.I.P. t Funeral took place at the Whakatane Hill Cemetery at 2 p.m. June 3. ; 83 TURPIN. On June 2 at Whakatane Hospital, Richard, loved husband of the late Anna Turpin, and father of Jim, Winnie (Mrs R. Ferry), Ivy (Mrs R. Canning) and Maud (Mrs E. Delahunty). Funeral will leave Stewart Street corner at 2 p.m. today for the Whakatane Hill Cemetery. 82 MEIER. Alice Eliza, at her residence Tauranga (late of Opouriao), dearly beloved wife of John Meier.
