Two million Greek children are estimated to be suffering from severe malnutrition. About 100,000 are homeless. Some wander halfnaked . and barefoot through the country, trying to survive appalling cold and hunger. Others drift to the cities, there to beg, pilfer and rummage in dustbins for food.
