Awakeri Y.F.C. Activities For May Cover Wide Field
The monthly meeting of the Awakeri Young Farmers’ Club was held in the Awakeri Hall recently. * Arrangements have been made for a field day on Mr W. A. B. Topp’s property at Awakaponga on May 26. Club members filled in the questionnaires in connection with the Y.F.C. Land Settlement Scheme.
On Wednesday night Mr W. Sullivan, M.P., gave a very interesting talk on “Parliamentary Custom and Procedure,” and his recent visit to Australia.
