Junior Miniature Rifle Club’s Annual Meeting
The annual meeting and election of officers of the Junior Miniature Rifle Club was held by the above club last Tuesday evening. There was a fair attendance of members and sponsors, the Legion of Frontiersmen.
The president’s report covered the year’s activities, and despite a recent enforced recess due to health regulations, the club has had a very successful season.
A shoot was held every third week, and in the several challenge shoots, club members were defeated only twice. • At the conclusion of the meeting, supper was served, and Captain Whittaker of the Frontiersmen, presented the Howat Cup to the latest winner, Mr N. Judd: A miniature Silver Cup donated by the Legion, for the highest average over the year, was presented to Miss A. Bathe.
