N The course was in excellent order for the first medal round, played last Saturday, the following being the best of many good cards returned: M. D. Murray 79—18—61; K. N. Hannah 83—18—65; R. J. Pattison 75—9—66; E. Shuker 95—26—69. As a result of re-handicapping Murray and Hannah were reduced to 15 and Pattison to 8.

On Saturday a medal round will be played in conjunction with the second round of a 36-hole Eclectic. Players choose own partners and go off in three.
