Gospel Tent Opening

In spite of rather dismal weather on Tuesday night, the opening of Everyman’s Gospel Tent at the corner of Domain Road and Francis Street attracted a good crowd, who listened with keen attention to Mr C. C. Graham’s first lecture of his series. Choosing as his subejtct the up-to-the-minute question, “Can the Present Chaos Continue?” Mr Graham endeavoured to show his hearers that the present chaotic state of world affairs would eventually culminate in the second coming of Christ for His Church and to establish the Millennium. After Church, at 8.15 on Sunday evening, Mr Graham will lecture on the vital subject, “The Struggle for World Supremacy—Who Will Get It?”
