Stuart Cup Re-Challenge
A re-challenge for the Whakatane Rowing Club’s Stuart Challenge Cup was rowed off on Tuesday night, but the challengers were not quite good enough to gain the cup and were beaten by a canvas. The crews were: Challengers G. Moore, D. Debreceny, W. Stuart, S. Shapley; holders C. O’Rourke, E. Hunt, L. Stewart, P. Bowering.
