A Section: Lawn, Taneatua, 7 wins; Giroud, Glenn Massey, Henderson, Ngongotaha, Henderson, Whakatane, Hunt, Taneatua, Hirst, Hamilton East, Brown, Tauranga, Dempster, Otorohanga, Murphy, Whakatane, 5 wins; Orr, Raglan, 4 wins; Barnard, Hamilton East, 3 wins; Chamberlain, Vincent, Berg, Whakatane, 2 wins. B Section: Holt and Bayly, Otorohanga and Putruru 7 wins; Smoljan and Good, Whakatane, 6 wins; Pearce, Raglan, Bocock, Kaponga, Dixon, Whakatane, 5 wins; Fox, Hamilton East, Hayward, Whakatane, and Manning, Te Puke, 3 wins; and Green, Taneatua, 2 wins. In the semi-final of the tournament Holt (Otorohanga) drew the bye and Bayly (Putaruru) and Lawn (Taneatua) played off, Bayly winning. Holt won in the final.
