Probation For Failure To Account For Money

Having pleaded guilty to a number of'; thefts by failure to account at Whakatane, Opotiki and Rotorua, Reginald Ackland Tims, aged 60, was admitted to three years probation at the Supreme Court at Auckland last week. His Honour observed that Tims had drifted from his previous honest record on account of poor health and a need for money.
