New Bump On Pyne Street

The Borough Council has found it necessary, under the Public Works Act, to appropriate a section of land for use as a rubbish dump, as the one used previously is now full, and an alternative site had to be found. The new. site will be on Pyne street from the road frontage to .the .high-water mark. It is intended, to develop this block of land by-raising the present level to at least road' level'.
