Tebbutt lost to Mrs T. Black 0-6, 2-6; Mrs Fogerty beat Miss J. Baird 6-4, 6-5; Mrs K. Tebbutt lost to Miss V. Romans 2-6, 3-6; Mrs K. Rawson lost to Miss G. Baird 4-6, 6-5, 1-6. Men’s Singles: A. Wardlaw beat J. White 4-6, 6-2, 6-4; J. .Semmens lost to C. McLaughlin 2-6, 0-6; R. Wilson lost to L. Dains 2-6, 5-6; B. McGougan lost to Patterson 3-6, 5-6. Women’s Doubles: Mfesdames J. and K. Tebbutt lost to Mrs Black and Miss R. Baird 6-1, 6-3; Mss Fogerty and Mrs Rawson lost to Misses Romans and G. Baird 6-5, 6-5. Men’s Doubles: Wilson and Wardlaw beat White and Dains 6-3, 3-6, 7-5; Semmens and McGougan lost to McLaughlin and Patterson 5-6, 3-6.
