Mr R. B. Mollgaard was admitted a member of the Whakatane Rotary Club at the weekly luncheon on Wednesday.
Mr S. G. Hirst, Bay of Plenty Wine Coy., has been appointed by D. H. Newbigin, wine and spirit merchant, Hastings, as sole representative in the Bay of Plenty, Thames and Waikato districts for the Leopard Brewery, Hastings, which claims to be the only private-ly-owned brewery in New Zealand and for imported wines and spirits.—P.B.A.
