WAIMANA CLUB’S EVENT
A CROWNING SUCCESS
The Waimana Golf Ball, which was held recently was a great success in every way. The hall had been beautifully decorated with Nikau palms and flowers, and coloured streamers. The dance music was played by the 8.8. C. Orchestra and Mr A. Bell obliged with an extra. The Claret cup and savoury supper proved most popular and were greatly enjoyed by all present. Visitors were, present from many parts of the Bay, and all seemed to thoroughly enjoy the evening. Dancing concluded at a late hour with the National Anthem.
