Too Many “Judges”

In his opinion, too many persons in New Zealand were able to call themselves Judges, said the Leader of hte Opposition (Mr Holland) in the discussions on the I.C. and A. Amendment Bill in the. House recently. He was sure that in some instances it had not been the intention of the Legislature that the persons appointed to certain positions should be “Judge” this or “Mr Justice” something else. There should be the greatest respect for the Judiciary.
