Because British passengers intending to settle in the Dominion., asked so many questions of thehandful of New Zealand passengers* a shipboard “quiz” about New Zealand was held in the liner Akaroa which has arrived at Auckland from. Southampton. An Englishman acted as- question master and written, questions were handed him. Answers were given by New Zealanders, one of whom said she was surprised at how much the British passengers, already knew of the Dominion.
