RUGBY LEAGUE
TUIIOE DEFEATS RUATOKI WEST LAST SATURDAY’S PLAY Tuhoe and Ruatoki West the two leading teams in the matches played under the Bay of Plenty Rugby League met at the Ruatoki Domain on Saturday last. Tuhoe won the match by 34 points to 3. For the winners scorers were: M. Tiopira (2), P. Hohua(4), P. Parim and T. Thrupp. Parim did some excellent goal kicking.. The referee was Mr P. Taipeti.
