A.T.C. DANCE

ENJOYABLE EVENING One of the most successful dances of recent date was held in the Caledonian Hall on Saturday night. A first class programme of modern, old-time and novelty dances was thoroughly enjoyed by the large crowd present. A number of cadets from Tauranga and Rotorua were visitors. Music was supplied by Freddie Burt’s Orchestra.

Sq.L. Whiteworth, C.O. of the "Whakatane Squadron was M.C. A tasty supper was served. The object of the dance was to : raise funds for furthering the instruction of boys of No. 35 Whakatane Squadron and judging by the large crowd present funds should .have benefitted considerably.
