Siren at Kope

The necessity for a siren at Kopeopee was illustrated by the fire on Sunday night. Very few residents heard the siren as it is situated such a long distance away. As a large number of firemen live in this area it is a wonder that any of them heard the signal either. A siren at Kope as well as in the town appears to be a major necessity.
