MAGISTRATE’S COURT
VOLUME OF BUSINESS A large volume of business was dealt with in the Magistrate’s Court at its monthly sitting yesterday. Cases covered intoxicants near a dance hall, traffic offences, house tenancy and claims for payment. Several cases were adjourned and this greatly reduced the amount of business to be dealt with. Mr E. L. Walton, S.M., was on the bench.
