To Travel Overseas
Mrs Ken Stewart, of Hillcrest, Whakatane, is leaving shortly to attend as a New Zealand delegate from the Women’s Institutes a conference in Holland of the Associated Country Women of the World. At the meeting of the Whakatane Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday night mention was made of Mrs Stewart’s impending departure, and a motion was passed wishing her a pleasant voyage and a safe return.
