Young Farmers’ Debate
Is supplementary arable cropping necessary on dairy farms in the Whakatane district? Opinions differ on this subject among old and experienced farmers. On Thursday evening young farmers of the Whakatane D.H.S. and the Awakeri Young Farmers’ Clubs will debate this subject before their supporters and all others interested at the High School building. Arrangements have been made for heating the hall and for supper to follow the debate.
