Rod and Gun Club Dinner

The Whakatane Rod and Gun Club will hold its ‘famous’ annual dinner tomorrow evening. The event this year will take the form of a complimentary ladies night and the committee is exerting itself to make it a record in every way. The spoils of field and stream will go to make one of the tastiest repasts in the club’s history and all members are urged to make a point of attending with their wives and sweethearts.
