Rationing coupons surrendered at the Post Office, Whakatane, for the period 28th April to 3rd May, were as follows: —Meat, £3 7s 4d; tea, nil; butter, lib; sugar, lib; fats, nil. The total collections to date are now: Sugar, 201bs; tea, 161bs; butter, 238 lbs; meat £229 8s sd.
