Fishing Story
He was fishing off the wharf and getting only bites. Up strolled a seaman from the Toa and politely asked, “Are they biting?” “I’ll say and that’s about all they are doing! You feel this line.” The seaman took over and within five minutes landed a Porori on the wharf. He gave the line back to its owner who spent another fruitless hour before going home.
