The said HERBERT WILLIAM PERCY is applying for authority to close his Butcher’s Shop on Wednesday of each week and to keep same open for business on Saturday of each week from 8.0 a.m. to 5.0 p.m. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the said application will be heard in the Magistrate’s Court at Whakatane on Tuesday the 6th day'of May 1947 at 10.0 a.m. Any occupier of a shop affected by the above application shall be entitled to appear and to be heard.
