A referee's report in respect ol a Shield game not having been received within a week of the game, it was decided that reports for all Shield games must be forwarded to the secretary of the Bay Association within 48 hours, otherwise disciplinary action would be taken. Mr R. Woolliams having been made a life member a year ago, the President, Mr Burt, presented him with a gold Rugby medallion. The annual game East v.
