BAY OF PLENTY ELECTRIC POWER BOARD AND WHAKATANE BOROUGH COUNCIL NOTICE TO CONSUMERS Pursuant to the Emergency Regulations 1939 and the Electrical Control Order 1945 and its amendments, the Bay of Plenty Electric Power Board and the Whakatane Borough Council hereby give public notice that from Friday 11th April 1947 no radiators, tubular heaters, and other types of space heating shall be used in any domestic dwelling, shop, office, factory, hotel or boarding house. The pepalty for non-observance of the order as provided for under the Regulations is a fine of £2OO and the disconnection of the supply to the premises offending. J. D.
