Baths Still Short
Prospective home builders would be wise to place the order for their baths early because they may have to wait 12 to 18 months for delivery, reports the latest issue of Consumer News. Moi-e than 11,000 baths are now on order, and, while manufacturing capacity in New Zealand is 100 a day, the shortage of labour has reduced average production to about 20 a day in recent weeks.
