Mr Dawson has announced his mission to the Bay as one to get farmers to renounce their present membership and join afresh. There is no need to do this. YOU elect to which branch you wish to belong (under Rule 4). Your present membership fully qualified you for full rights of the Dominion organisation under the same Rule (clause c.)
