Goodhew Limited of Taneatua, Storekeepers. TAKE NOTICE that Robert Selwyn Ricketts of Taneatua, Storekeeper, and James Walter Goodhew as agent for James W. Goodhew Limited of Taneatua, Storekeepers, have made application under Section 19 of “The Shops and Offices Amendment Act 1927” and Sub-section (3) of Section 3 of “The Shops and Offices Amendment Act 1945” for partial exemption from the closing hours fixed by The Northern Industrial District (except Gisborne Judicial District) Retail Grocers Assistants’ and Drivers’ Award dated 6th November 1946, and that the said Applications will be herd at the Magistrate’s Court at Whakatane on Tuesday the 4th day of March 1947 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon. Any shopkeeper alleging that he will be substantially affected by the Order of exemption applied for, is entitled to appear and be heard in opposition to the applications.
