BAY OF PLENTY ELECTRIC POWER BOARD NOTICE TO CONSUMERS The State Hydro-Electric Department instructs the Board to maintain power consumption within the limits of its allocation. To comply with such- instruction it will be necessary to impose restrictions. Commencing Thursday 6th instant power will be cut off over the whole area including Whakatane Borough between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. on mornings of Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday of each week.
