BAY OF PLENTY PROVINCE PLEBISCITE IN FAVOUR The plebiscite • taken' in the Bay of Plenty to determine whether Bay of Plenty should be a province of the Federated Farmers of New Zealand (Inc.) or remain a sub-pro-vince of Auckland Federation, resulted in .a substantial majority for Bay of Plenty to be a Province of New. Zealand Federation.
