Accident Compensation An echo of the tragedy 'which involved the death of a Maori workman—Rore and severe injuries to another Takotohiwi, from sodium burns last year was received by the CountV Council yesterday in letter form from the N.Z. Counties’ Insurance Co. Ltd. The company advised that compensation amounting to Takotohiwi amounted to £llO9 Is lid, and to Rore’s dependents £1875.
