EDGECUMBE PIG SALE The Farmers’ Auctioneering Co. Ltd. report on the Edgecumbe Pig Sale held last Monday as follows: A good yarding of all classes of pigs were submitted to a full bench of buyers and competition was keen. ' The prices obtained were: Heavy baconers £5 19s to £6; others £5 10s to £5 18s; light baconers £4 18s to £5 8s; best buttermilk pigs to £4 11s; stores £2 5s to £2 14s; slips 36s to £2 2s; weaners 30s to 355.
