AUDI, ALTERAM, PARTEM
Your aims, Brother Bradshaw, Are betwixt" wind and weather, Social Credit is quite good, But not quite altogether. Out for what is really needed, Credit and profit, have so far succeeded In bringing the world to its unsettled state, A veritable caldron of suspicion and hate. Credit for .some and no credit for others, Prevents the world of men becoming brothers. * If your brain is still mellow, And your looking for fun, Go for the men who are holding the gun At the head of Democracy, with the same will That financed Hitler, and certainly still Will proceed with their hellish warmongering. Labour defies them and withdraws the sting, until That nothing but death and destruction can bring. I am with you for credit, but not credit to go To the greedy, war-mongering, authors of woe, Against whom both rich and poor i should unite, And withdraw the fangs that so cruelly bite At the vitals of all that is pure just and right. H. SERGANT.
