That PURSUANT to Section- - of The Counties Act 1920, the Whakatane County Council, beings of the opinion that the land purchased by it for the purposes of "a cattle-dip at Poroporo, and described in , the Schedule hereto, is no longer required for the purposes of the County of Whakatane. HEREBY RESOLVES, by way of Special Order, that the said land shall be sold with or without improvements for such sum or sums and upon such terms and conditions as the said Council thinks fit.
