Fishing Records

Two catches of deepwater fish the latter probably a record, were made during the weekend. The first was the landing of a shark which measured 9 feet 1 inch in length, at Ohiwa Beach, and the second was the catching of a hapuka weighing 201bs from the Heads by Mr A. Seebeck.
