WHAKATANE COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER NOTICE is hereby given that at a special meeting of the WHAKATANE COUNTY COUNCIL held on the 22nd day of October, 1946 the foljowing resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at th eordinary meeting of the Council to be held on the 25th day of November, 1946 at 11 a.m. at the County Council Chambers, Whakatane. That PURSUANT -to Section 152 of The Counties Act 1920, the Whakatane County Council, being of the opinion .that the land . purchased by it for the purposes of a cattle : dip at Poroporo, and described in the Schedule hereto, ;is no longer required for the purposes of the County of Whakatane. HEREBY RESOLVES, by way of Special Order, that the said land shall be sold with or without improvements for such sum or sums and upon such terms and conditions as the said Council thinks fit.
