National Savings
Last week 290 places throughout the Dominion, including all the principal centres, obtained their national savings quotas. Consistently good returns have been recorded of late the number of places obtaining their allotted quotas each week being greater than in the preceding year. At Timaru the attainment of the full year’s quota has now been obtained.
