.HOTENE. Late Moetu, loved wife of Mohi Hotene, ex 2nd N.Z.E.F. 28th Battalion, and mother of Mohi Wiremu Hotene Jnr., died 22/8/46, Whakatane Hospital. Interred at Pupuaruhe Cemetery. Sadly missed by all relatives. Moe mai e whae i te anu matao, a taea noa tia te ra o te Ariki. Husband and Son, Father-in-law, Mother-in-law and loved ones. 299
