HOCKEY Ladies Wairaka beat Rangitaiki 5-0. Tuhoe beat Whakatane 3-1. Ahuwhenua beat Ruatoki 3-0. Men Rangitaiki beat Wairaka 3-0. Whakatane beat Tuhoi 7-2. Ruatoki drew with Ahuwhenua 1-1. BASKETBALL Paroa beat Poroporo 15-7. Whakatane A beat Orini 20-9. Reserves beat Rovers 8-2. Paroa beat Edgecumbe 19-9. Orini beat Awakeri 27-12.
