WHAKATANE LADIES’ CLUB This week’s competition will be a Bogey match. The first round of the Allan trophy matches must be played before 23rd instant so those players not playing , 'their matches on Wednesday or Saturday may arrange their own partners. Although weather conditions were not good on Thursday last, a very enjoyable day was spent playing with Te Teko and Waimana visitors. The following have been selected for the team to play the Opotiki Club at Opotiki on 21st instant:— Mrs Symmans, Mrs Berg, Mrs Sloane,, Mrs Otley, Mrs Suckling, Mrs Pearse, Mrs Connell, Mrs Gray, Mrs Fogerty, Mrs"* Fraser, Mrs Jarrett, Mrs Burke, Miss Carter, Miss Reynolds, Miss Otley, Miss Hyland. Any player unable to travel please advise the secretary immediately.
