New Zealand Military Forees INTERIM ARMY VOLUNTEERS FOR SERVICE IN NEW ZEALAND Conditions of Service TERMS OF ENLISTMENT: Service will be for a period ending 31 March, 1947 or 31 March, 1948, as the volunteer may elect. RATES OF PAY: Rates of pay and conditions of service will be as at present in force for N.Z. Temporary Staff, free from tax. Who can Enlist AGE LIMITS: Volunteers should be between the ages of 20and 40 (inclusive), but these age limits may be extended in special cases. CONJUGAL STATUS: Both single and married may apply. MEDICAL STANDARD: As for N.Z. Temporary Staff. How to Enlist Men wishing to enlist can do so in one of the following ways:— (1) By calling at the nearest Army Office (see list under) and registering their names for service. (2) By filling in a registration form obtainable at all main Post Offices. Forms when completed should be forwarded to> nearest Army Office or may be handed in at the Post Office for forwarding. (3) Men at present serving in the Army should make application through their unit commander.
