Although he has entirely given up his first love, the stage, because the work is too tiring, the movies are still keeping him busy. What! No Sarong? For the first time, Dorothy Lamour is to play a picture out of a sarong. In the film “Masquerade in Mexico” currently before the Paramount cameras she entirely in an ultrafashionable wardrobe, and unveils a new singing voice by doing a turn as a soprano. A Star Over-Night Jennifer Jones, whose latest picture “Love Letters” at present screening in Auckland, is the only motion picture, star in history, who won an Academy Award in her first picture.
