Bullet-Proof Cloth For Army
The American army has developed a protective cloth for soldiers which will stop a bullet. General Bevers, in making this announcement, mentioned that the cloth would prevent many casualties, especially those caused by shell splinters. The development is described as a step-beyond the metallic body armour used by airmen.

The slightly increased amount of water was due to the tides making.
