COMPETITION SHOOT
■» LEGION OF FRONTIERSMEN HIGH STANDARD ATTAINED A successful shoot was held at the Whakatane District High School rifle range recently, when the Legion of Frontiersmen fired against a team consisting of school cadets. High average scores marked the day, and the final tally proved the Legion victorious by 23 points. Detailed results were as under:—
It is understood that the Legion invites challenges from gun clubs, business houses or any other organised bodies. The next shoot will take place between the Legion and a Caledonian Girls team.
