The above, herd consists of good quality well bred cattle, mostly young and due to calve from July onwards. The whole line are in good condition. The Devon sows are mostly coming to their second litter, and are a good line. We recommend farmers requiring good replacement dairy cattle to attend this sale.

He has always used the very best of Jersey Bulls and has culled heavily each year with the result that this herd has reached a high standard of production. He is giving up dairying and has leased his property, so that this will be a genuine clearing sale and there will not be a better opportunity this season for dairymen to build up their herds with the best Jersey cattle.
