LADIES’ GOLF This week a qualifying round for the Allah Trophy together with an Extra Medal round will be played. There will be only one qualifying round in connection with this trophy and the first 16 nett scores will qualify. The draw will be:— Mrs Berg and Mrs Sloane; Mrs Dawson and Mrs Wilson; Mrs Rangi and Mrs Otley; Mrs Fogarty and Miss Black; Mrs Symmans and Mrs Winstone; Mrs Dewar and Mrs Combes; Miss Nankivell and Miss Carter; Mrs Spence and Mrs Breckon. _ Mrs Fraser and Miss Robins; Mrs Grey and Miss Robins; Mrs McCowan and Mrs Connell; MrS Donaldson and Miss Righton; Mrs Burke and Mrs McCowan.
Miss Armstrong and Mrs Ker; Miss Campbell and Miss McLeod; Mrs Cockerell and Mrs Stone: Miss Hyland and Miss Venables; Miss Wilson and Miss Suckling; Mrs Hay and Miss Gartshore; Miss Le Lievre and Mrs Winstone.
For this competition players must play the ball as it lies. A committee meeting will be held in the clubhouse after play on Saturday. ,
