JUST THOUGHTS
A person who holds the view, that Christianity has to do only with the future life, or that Christians are such, because they are afraid of punishment for wrong doing', and that Communism alone provides a remedy for the earthly ills of mankind has little knowledge or experience of either Christ or' Chrisianity and probably more knowledge of the theory of Communism that of the applications of its teachings. Christianity is of God, Communism is of men who hold that Christianity has failed.
Thus far no people or nation show much evidence of any sincere attempt' to apply the principles of Christianity to the Government of their people or nation. Christian people are very concerned about the well being of the folk amongst whom they dwell, and it is the earnest hope of every genuine Christian that the Kingdom of Heaven will, in our time, be established on. earth; further they hold that such a Kingdom can only come when there is a change of heart in the individuals comprising the nation. We must be all willing to accept a principle if we would apply it to each other or else we must form ourselves into groups for or against such principle. “We cannot serve God and Mammon,” thus there comes about the Christian Church, the mission which is to exhort men to become followers of Jesus Christ, teaching that to do so places such followers within the fold of those who will in the fulness of time be partakers of Christ’s Kingdom, when He comes, with Power, finally to establish His Kingdom on Earth; surely a desirable happening. Men and women the Christian Church’s power on earth needs your presence and help, you need God’s saving grace to make your lives worth living and Jesus Christ stands ready to welcome you and says “He that cometh unto me I will in no wise cast out” what about it, what about it. The new order is in your own hands.
