YOUNG FARMERS

AWAKERI BRANCH MEETS A well attended meeting of the Awakeri Young Farmers’ Club took place last Tuesday, twenty-five members being present. Officers elected for the ensuing year were as under:— Chaii’man: Mr J. Burr. Secretary: Mr J. Hannah. Treasurer: Mr K. Crozier. Advisory President: Mr A. Barr. Advisory Member: Mr D. Allen and Mr E. A. Hamilton. The club activities for the coming year were briefly outlined. Visiting speaker was Mr E. R. Marryatt, Fields Instructor, Department of Agriculture, who delivered an in-teresting-talk on ‘Feed Flavours in Milk.’
